What differentiates it, is how breathing techniques are incorporated into the design. You’ll notice waves and sun patterns that guide you through wave breathing, triangle breathing, and square breathing.
Each mat comes with a flexible strap which is easy to carry and can be used for stretching. It also includes a booklet explaining how to use the breathing guides, along with beginner stretches and exercises to get started.
